Return/Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange Policy:

If you wish to return an item you purchased from Mouse Tales, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for fees incurred to return items to Mouse Tales. Credit for the item will not be issued until Mouse Tales receives the item in its original condition it was received. We will not accept items that are returned with out notice. All returns must have a Mouse Tales return Authorization number (RMA) on the box. If you are requesting a refund, your credit card will be refunded within 5 days of the receipt by Mouse Tales. The returned item must be in its original condition. Special Order pieces are only returnable for Store Credit. Damages caused in shipping must be reported to Mouse Tales within 3 days after the item is received.
